The Last Pistachio
A small game of touch and patience

The Last Pistachio

A bowl of pistachio shells. A few of them are still full. Shake the bowl, flick the empties away, and crack the ones that hide at the bottom. The last one is always somewhere.

How it plays

Three gestures. One bowl at a time.

I

Shake

Drag the bowl, or tilt the phone, and the pile moves like a real one. The heavy full ones sink; the light shells rise.

II

Flick

Tap an empty shell to flick it out of the way. Tap too hard and things fly over the rim. That costs a second.

III

Crack

Tap a full one to crack it open. Some are shut tight and take three taps. Some sound full and are not. Listen.
