Delete your data
The Last Pistachio has no accounts. There are two places your data can be, and each is deleted in its own way.
Data on your phone
Progress, records, settings and the pantry are stored only on your phone. To delete them, uninstall the app, or open your phone's settings, find the app and choose Clear storage. Nothing of this is on our server.
Online data (today's bowl, leaderboards, challenges)
If you used the online features, our server holds your results under a random player identifier. To delete all of it:
- Open the app and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete my data and confirm.
Your results, leaderboard entries and the identifier itself are removed at once. The app creates a fresh identifier if you use the online features again. Your purchases are not affected: they belong to your store account and can be restored.
No longer have the app? Write to info@mm-resitve.com. Because the identifier is random and not linked to you, we need the player code shown under Settings → About in the app to find your data; without the app, send us whatever you have (for example a screenshot of a leaderboard entry with your chosen name), and we will do what we can. We answer within 30 days, usually much sooner.
What stays
Purchase records stay with the store and, in the minimal form the law requires for accounting, with us. Hashed network addresses used for abuse limits expire on their own within 24 hours. Everything else is gone.
